Shop policy

 Made to Order
All garments and accessories are carefully handmade in my sewing studio in Latvia. Most pieces are made to order, which means each item is handmade especially for you with great attention to detail.

Processing Time
Because every piece is handmade, production time varies depending on the design and current order volume - usually 2 weeks. If you need an item by a specific date, please contact me before ordering.

Custom Orders
I happily create custom designs. Custom pieces are made especially for you and may require additional time and communication before production begins, processing time for these orders is up to 3 weeks.

Sizing
Please check measurements carefully before ordering. If you are unsure about sizing, feel free to message me — I’m happy to help you choose the best fit.

Shipping
Orders are shipped from Latvia. Delivery times depend on the destination and postal service and may vary, especially during busy seasons. Buyers are responsible for any customs or import taxes that may apply.

Returns & Exchanges
Due to the handmade and often custom nature of the items, returns or exchanges are generally not accepted - if it is a standard costume from my shop, then client can return it. 

Conditions of return:

  • Buyer must return item within 7 days of delivery
  • Buyer is responsible for return shipping costs
  • Buyer is responsible for loss in value (as agreed upon with seller) if an item isn’t returned in original condition

However, if there is any other problem with your order, please contact me and I will do my best to help.

Cancellations

My shop accepts order cancellations before item has shipped.  Buyer is responsible for making requests within this timeframe. Once the package has been delivered to the post office, cancellation is no longer possible.

Care

To keep your garment beautiful for years, gentle hand washing or professional dry cleaning is recommended unless stated otherwise.
