Shipping policy

All items are shipped with Standard Latvian Post and all orders are provided with tracking information.

Delivery times are different for all countries.

Approximate delivery times: 5-15 business days within Europe; 10-25 business days to the US and Canada; 15-30 business days to Australia, New Zealand, Asia and other parts of the world. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only. When placing an order, please allow enough time for production and shipping, and also check if the address is correct on your receipt. We are not responsible for shipping delays because of the issues with post or customs, weather conditions, worker strikes and other circumstances that are not up to us.

Please note that local charges (sales tax, customs duty) may occur depending on your region and local customs duties. These charges are at the customer’s own expense. Customs policies vary widely from country to country, you may want to contact your local customs office for further information.

The order is considered complete when the tracking information  is marked as delivered. In case of disputes, we will contact the Latvian Post  which will then request information from the destination country. Please note that it will take time to resolve such cases.
